The staff member at the counter was helpful and made the process quick and easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and the facilities provided were excellent. The location was convenient, and the staff was always available to help me with transportation arrangements. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a good variety of options to choose from.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

During Christmas, my family and I stayed at a hotel that had a convenient location near attractions. The check-in process was fast and the front desk staff were helpful. The room overall was comfortable even though we had to ask for soap and shampoo for the bathroom.
There were many negative aspects of our stay. We discovered small cockroaches crawling around in the bed sheets, which made us feel disgusted.

The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory due to the sight of insects, which was a major turn off.
